Discounty was the first responsive child theme for Clipper. Still not fantastic, but better, and definitely captures the familiar aesthetic of many popular coupon & discount sites.
It’s a bit out of date, so if you’re running the latest version of WordPress, this one is a pass. But if you’re still on an older version, you may want to try it.
