For this exquisite showcase, we’ve polished up a list of the best WordPress jewelry themes for 2017. Any of these stylish, ornate designs will help out jewelers (and their web developers) looking to set up a web presence and hawk their gold and diamonds using the WooCommerce platform.
To make this roundup as useful and relevant as possible, we omitted old themes and limited the list to designs tailored exclusively for online jewelry stores. Each of these themes is powered by the wonderful WooCommerce plugin from WooThemes. We think it easily competes with other popular open-source and premium shopping cart solutions out there. There’s tons of community support, including a smorgasbord of free add-ons and paid extras. You can keep things simple to start, and ramp things up as your online business grows.
WooCommerce is a fairly comprehensive plugin, and takes care of the must-have e-commerce features. But there’s a few other features worth considering. Mailchimp support is nice, for promoting your mailing list, and encouraging sign ups. Usability tweaks, like AJAX searching and filtering, improve the overall user experience (UX), but aren’t essential. Modern features like responsive design are pretty much a given at this point. It’s unlikely you’d come across a premium theme that isn’t mobile-optimized today.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for on this list, you might find our companion piece on the best WordPress shopping cart themes useful.
Before we get into it, a brief plug: Bluehost is a fantastic web host, if you’re still looking for a hosting provider. WordPress.org recommends them too.
Now, on to the best WordPress jewelry themes…
Frank Jewelry & Watches
Frank (I don’t think that’s the theme’s official name, but hey, it’s on the demo, so I’m going with it) is our favorite WordPress jewelry theme. We think the purpose-oriented design is pretty much perfect. Six homepages are included, including one for wristwatch retailers.
Features include drag-and-drop page building, courtesy of Visual Composer (bundled free), a comprehensive options panel, for code free customizations, and clean, SEO friendly code. Demo content is bundled help you get the theme installed and setup quickly.

Nitro is a multipurpose theme for WooCommerce that features many different skins, each crafted for a specific e-commerce niche. Was one of those skins made specifically for jewelry stores? You bet.
This is a huge theme, offering up tons of features and functionality. We’ve featured it on several other WooCommerce roundups, and always recommend that readers click-through to the product page and check out the full list of features. It’s an impressively long list, though it could be overkill for a developer looking for a simpler solution.More Info/Download
Like Nitro, Xshop is a multi-purpose WooCommerce theme with a number of demo presets to install and start from. This one actually includes two unique demos tailored toward online jewelry stores and sales, and we picked our favorite for the screenshot above. The other one has a bit more color. You might like it better; take a look. Tastes vary.
Xshop bundles a few premium plugins free: Visual Composer, Slider Revolution, LayerSlider, and Ninja Forms. Contact Form 7 and MailChimp are supported, the theme options are built on the Redux framework.
Again, if you like the design, definitely take a look at the product page for the full rundown of features. Xshop has a lot to offer and is an excellent value.More Info/Download

Pablo Guadi takes a slightly different approach: this theme wasn’t design so much for jewelry stores, as jewelry designers, with an emphasis on handcrafted jewelry. The design has as much in common with corporate business websites as it does with traditional online shopping carts.

There’s three homepage layouts to choose from out-of-the-box, and Visual Composer and Slider Revolution are bundled free.

Aurum boasts a gorgeous, minimalistic design. This is a late addition to our list, and is actually a bit older than her other selections, but we just loved the chic, stylish aesthetic. Even though it’s a couple years old it totally holds up.
It’s worth noting that this is another multipurpose theme, with multiple skins for multiple niches. This theme is 100% responsive, and retina-ready – it’s going look pretty sharp no matter what platform you load it up on. Graphics will be crisp even on the highest resolution 5K displays. It’s also touch optimized for mobile devices.
And you probably won’t be surprised to learn that Visual Composer is included, for drag-and-drop page building. Slider Revolution is bundled for putting together an engaging homepage slideshow. There’s lots of options on the back-end to help with customization efforts, and the theme is translation-ready (WPML compatible).More Info/Download
Finally, we’ve got one more multipurpose WooCommerce theme to show you. This one occupies a space similar to Nitro and Xshop. It makes sense for developers to leverage their efforts by producing one product with a variety of designs bundled. Of course, this one includes a demo specifically for jewelry stores as well. It’d be pretty dumb to include it if it didn’t.
It’s extremely versatile, with tons of options, layout presets, and the ability to create and manage even more layouts with VC. Worth a closer look.More Info/Download
