In this latest entry in our series of educational theme round-ups, we look at the best WordPress preschool and daycare themes currently available in 2017.
You can’t go wrong with any of these WordPress themes for your daycare, preschool or nursery. If you’re looking for bright, fun and playful design, there’s something for you on this list; if you prefer a more professional, upscale aesthetic, there’s a few themes here that will fit that bill, too.
For a basic daycare website, the must-have feature is a fantastic design that will look good on any device. All of these themes are responsive and optimized for the busy parent on the go. Most include contact forms and integration with Google maps. Some include additional features like WooCommerce integration for taking payments and selling products. Other features you may want to keep in mind are schedules/timetables (integration with Events Calendar) and shortcodes with pricing tables.
All were selected by hand, by an experienced designer. (Me!) If I don’t think the design and features are above average, I don’t include it in the list.
Also, if you still need web hosting (it’s going to be super hard for people to find your site without it), we recommend Bluehost. They’re excellent for WordPress, and one of the best deals in hosting.
Now for the list. We’ll begin with…
The brilliantly colorful, user-friendly and fun Toddlers theme is the perfect choice for preschools, kindergartens, and playgroups, or even for online toy & clothing stores. Full support for WooCommerce is included, for building a robust online storefront, and the theme is totally responsive, scaling to fit on smartphones and tablets. An extensive admin panel provides options for branding and customization, and SEO optimization will help to secure a top spot in Google and other search engines.
Events Calendar is integrated, and a built-in staff page will allow you to introduce your team to visitors and potential clients. Toddlers is translation ready and well documented.More Info/Download
